- Qualified to act as a Lawyer
- 2- 15 years of relevant work experience
- Affinity with Corporate Law & Contract Law
- Keen to be involved in high-profile M&A transactions and restructurings

- Experience in advising and litigation
- Good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing

Vacancy
As a Lawyer Corporate / M&A at Taxture, you are responsible for providing strategic legal advice and playing an important role in the decision-making processes. Your duties will include overseeing legal documentation and advising on mergers and acquisitions. You will also be responsible for drafting and advising on joint venture agreements and addressing various aspects of corporate law, including corporate governance.
Additionally, maintaining and strengthening client relationships is a key component of your role. This involves direct interactions with clients and collaborative efforts with other departments such as tax and notary to deliver comprehensive solutions. You will actively identify potential risks and opportunities, contributing significantly to the growth of our legal department.
You will be part of a young Legal team, where you will have the chance to shape both your role and the department. Moreover, you will also be expected to train and mentor junior staff, which is vital for the continuous development and expertise within our team. This position demands an active attitude and an adaptive approach to seizing opportunities and implementing improvements.
