Vacancy

As a Digital HR Recruiter / HR Professional at Taxture, you are responsible for developing and managing recruitment strategies. With the absence of a dedicated HR department, you'll be at the forefront of establishing recruitment processes. This involves creating and putting into action systems that ensure you attract and retain exceptional talent. Your skills in recruitment and selection are vital in building a strong, cohesive team for the future.

You will also be responsible for a variety of other HR tasks. This includes designing thorough onboarding plans for new hires, aiding in performance management processes and ensuring that employee records are accurately maintained. During a typical month, your focus will primarily be on recruitment activities, but you will also spend significant time on onboarding, rolling out HR policies, handling data and reports, streamlining processes, and contributing to important projects, such as developing a performance-based bonus system.

When you join Taxture, you’ll become a key member of the 10-person Finance and Back Office team. This group values teamwork and the unique contributions of each individual. Here, your ideas and contributions will play an essential role in launching and shaping the new HR department. You won’t just be filling a position; you’ll be embarking on an exciting journey, where your work makes a significant impact and provides ample opportunities for personal and professional growth with the company.

If you enjoy working independently and find it challenging to establish a new department, all while being an integral part of a larger team, then this is the job for you.

Firsthand experience

A new colleague is starting at Taxture next week and everything needs to be ready for a smooth onboarding. What do you do?

Your first task is to prepare their workspace. This involves setting up a desk with necessary office tools and maybe even welcoming them with flowers. You'll also be responsible for creating their system profile to ensure they have immediate access to all digital tools. Then, you'll appoint a 'buddy' from the existing staff to guide and introduce the new colleague to the team and company culture. Your goal is to ensure a seamless integration, making them feel part of the team right from the start. Your attention to these details significantly influences how quickly and successfully new employees adapt and become part of Taxture.
