What is required?

Vacancy

As Corporate Secretary at Taxture, you are responsible for managing and overseeing the company’s corporate governance and legal administration. You support the board and executive team in preparing meetings, drafting resolutions and minutes, and ensuring all governance processes run smoothly and in line with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. You maintain corporate records, manage statutory filings, and help coordinate internal decision-making. In this role, you work closely with both internal stakeholders and external parties, ensuring that the company’s legal and administrative structure remains accurate, compliant, and up to date.

You will be part of an international and multidisciplinary team where legal, tax and business interests come together. Within this environment, you play a central role in supporting the legal structure of client entities, assisting with incorporations, corporate changes, and ongoing compliance. This position requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who is confident working in a fast-paced setting, values precision, and enjoys being a trusted point of contact within a professional services firm.

On an enjoyable workday, you prepare board meeting agendas and ensure all documents are ready. You also manage communications with executives and handle legal or regulatory queries, keeping everything organized and on schedule.

On a less enjoyable workday, you may face tight deadlines and last-minute changes to schedules or documents. Coordinating with departments can also be challenging when information is delayed.

Firsthand experience

A board meeting is coming up next week, and several directors are travelling from different countries. What do you do?

You coordinate the entire process from start to finish. You prepare and circulate the agenda in time, gather and structure all relevant documents, and ensure they are shared securely with the board. You liaise with legal and tax teams to confirm any sensitive updates and verify that all regulatory requirements are covered. During the meeting, you take accurate minutes and track decisions made. Afterwards, you follow up on action points and ensure proper documentation is filed and compliant.
