Talent Acquisition Specialist
Vacancy
As a People and Culture Lead at Orbisk, you are responsible for shaping the people function in a growing organization. You'll be deeply involved in both the strategic and operational sides of HR. This means implementing critical projects, such as new HR systems and ensuring the smooth running of daily HR operations. With your expertise, the organization will have the tools and structure it needs to succeed in the immediate term and be ready for what the future brings.
Orbisk will be growing rapidly in size over the coming year, and will also be focused on internationalization. This is where your knowledge and experience of expansion strategies will come into play. You will have an integral role in helping to guide these processes, ensuring that structures are in place to manage these changes.
In your role, you are the Business Partner of the Management team, which consists of six people. From addressing performance concerns to assisting with strategic personnel planning, you'll be their primary HR point of contact. You'll also be actively mentoring two other team members: the Office & People Ops Specialist and the Talent Acquisition Specialist. By helping them sharpen their skills and expand their knowledge, you'll ensure that they're continuously growing and contributing at their best.
If you like to build and shape the foundation of people management and find it challenging to adapt quickly in a constantly evolving startup, then this is the job for you.

Working at Orbisk
Orbisk is a start-up with a clear mission: to make the global food system more sustainable. The start-up provides complete insights into the food flows of hospitality organizations. Orbisk does this by offering a smart camera and scale that uses image recognition to register which food is thrown away, when, and in what quantity. The customer can view this data in the dashboard, which provides insight into food wastage and can be used to reduce it.
