What is required?
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree level of working and thinking
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- An existing network in the crypto sector
- Ability to adapt to different time zones, including varying working hours/days
- Analytical and problem-solving skills and able to identify opportunities from market research
- Creative in thinking of new ways to increase investments in both existing and new portfolio startups
- Excellent social skills and able to maintain relationships beyond expectations
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Availability to attend events or conferences outside of regular working hours occasionally
- Entrepreneurial, commercial mindset and focused on relationships and results
- Initiative, creative, able to work independently and collaboratively

- €3.500 - €5.000 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek (depending on knowledge and experience)

Vacancy
As a Business Development Manager at MN Capital, you will be responsible for supporting the growth and stability of MN Capital, the Venture Capital branch of The EMN Group. In this role, you will focus on identifying investment opportunities in early-stage startups within the digital asset sector, collaborating extensively with the Research Analysts team.
This role involves maintaining contacts with partners, potential investment projects, and networks at both national and international levels. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and leading negotiations with startups, in consultation with the Board, ensuring that the investments align with MN Capital's objectives. You will serve as the primary contact for portfolio startups and projects, ensuring streamlined communication and follow-up of investments. Moreover, you will analyze market trends and competitive activities to actively spot and capitalize on market opportunities. Keeping abreast of sector developments, you will translate these into potential new market opportunities for the company. Furthermore, you are responsible for giving presentations to the Board and MN Capital team about developments in startups and the market. Lastly, you will represent MN Capital at events, conferences, and networking meetings, aiming to strengthen the network and attract new investments.
