- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience
- Experience troubleshooting hardware/software
- Outstanding command of the English and Japanese language, both verbally and in writing.

Vacancy
As a Personal Assistant at Mizuho, you are responsible for customer support and office administration. In the office, you welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner, providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, you serve as the first point of contact on Mizuho’s central telephone line. Next to that, you handle important item registration and reporting as well as the processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
Furthermore, you are also in charge of maintaining some facilities around the building, assisting with basic building and premises maintenance tasks and managing stationery and office supplies.
Furthermore, you offer support to the Management Board by preparing the schedule for Managers' meetings and ensuring the meeting rooms are booked in advance. Next to this, you are the first point of contact for the JCC (Japanese Chamber of Commerce) and when requested you arrange a driver for the Management. You also make business trip arrangements, serving as the main point of contact for our travel agency and hotel bookings.
