Vacancy
As an Office Assistant at Mizuho, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily office activities, ranging from reception duties to maintaining the overall functionality of the workspace. Your role includes greeting and assisting visitors and new employees, ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are tidy, and managing the office supply inventory. Attention to detail is essential as you will be in charge of keeping all areas, including visitor rooms and the cafeteria, in optimal condition. Additionally, you will manage the flow of communication within the company, handling incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
You will also play a key role in facilitating internal communication and coordinating office logistics to support the company's daily operations. Your organizational skills will ensure that meetings are set up smoothly, and that all office needs are met, allowing everyone to focus on their work. Hospitality is central to your role, as you will be the first point of contact for guests, and your ability to create a welcoming environment will contribute to the overall office culture.
You will be part of the Facility Management (FM) team, working closely with two Personal Assistants who support the Management Team, one Team Lead and Head of FM.
