Vacancy
As IT Manager (Head of IT & Data Management) at Mizuho, you are responsible for overseeing all activities within the IT and Data Management domain. You will lead a team of approximately fifteen individuals, including three team leads for Infrastructure, Development, and Data Management. Your role includes ensuring that the department has a strong understanding of cybersecurity, IT governance, and controls, as well as managing the technical aspects and general management of the three areas.
You will also be responsible for steering project and feature deliverables, tracking the progress of larger projects within the IT domain, and ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to requirements. Additionally, you will solidify the position of formal IT Governance and Risk Management in the first line, ensuring full compliance with EBA and DNB guidelines.
You are proactive in identifying areas of improvement and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices. With a strong understanding of IT Governance and Risk Management, you are able to manage a team in a directive manner. Finally, you are responsible to formulate and communicate business cases, as well as build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
