What is required?
- Bachelor's/Associate degree level of working and thinking
- 3 - 5 years of experience
- Practical experience in VMware vSphere, VMware Horizon, server virtualization and VDI (VCP or VCAP certification is desirable)
- Experience in Microsoft AD, DNS, DHCP, Windows Server management
- Knowledge of IT operation, both on-premise and cloud-based environments (Windows Server and/or Azure-related certification is desirable)
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow-through on issues in a timely manner

Vacancy
As an IT Infrastructure Engineer at Mizuho, you are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the core technology infrastructure that supports our company's operations. Your role involves managing servers, storage systems, and our VMware environment to ensure they are secure, reliable, and scalable. You are the go-to expert for troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and integrating new technologies, often collaborating closely with other teams to deliver seamless and efficient solutions. Your work is vital to keeping all systems running smoothly, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a stable foundation for the company's activities.
A critical aspect of your position is identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities to protect the systems from potential threats and ensure data security. You play a key role in safeguarding the company's technological environment by actively addressing risks and ensuring our infrastructure is prepared for future growth and challenges. Your expertise not only supports daily operations but also contributes to the strategic development of our IT capabilities. You will become part of the IT team, consisting of four IT Infrastructure Engineers.
