What is required?
- Completed college or university education
- You have a broad (international) network of HNWI, professional and institutional investors
- Experience with and interest in Crypto & Blockchain technology and/or experience with (selling) investment products in traditional finance
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- Having obtained DSI informing/advising wealth management Institutional, are a plus
- Commercial and entrepreneurial character
- Good command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Willingness to follow compulsory (and possibly desired) courses/training and complete them with good results

Vacancy
As an Institutional Account Executive at Hodl, you will be responsible for attracting, guiding and supporting prospects, clients and partners. The focus is on professional investors such as family offices, asset managers, banks and other professional parties as well as HNWI. You manage to bind new clients to Hodl by actively approaching and expanding your network by, for example, visiting events, addressing potential clients and scheduling introductions.
During these meetings you map out the wishes and expectations of the customer and record these in customer documents. After these customer documents are approved by the Compliance Department, you ensure that the relevant funds are deposited.
Even after onboarding, you remain in close contact with partners and clients and are the first point of contact. You answer customer questions. You are part of the Sales team managed by the Head of Investor Relations.
If you get energy from helping professional investors with - and providing insight into - investing in crypto and you find it challenging to win over potential investors who have strong doubts, then this is a job for you.
Working week
On a productive workday, you speak with many potential partners at an event who respond enthusiastically to your explanation of the investment opportunities in crypto within Hodl funds.
On a less active workday, a lot of unexpected priority work comes in between. As a result, you don't really get around to the tasks you had actually planned.
