Vacancy
Acquisition based on this advertisement is not appreciated. We usually fill the vacancies ourselves and in exceptional cases we work with preferred suppliers.
As a Supervisor Project Assembly at EuroSort, you are responsible for the carrying out of assembly work within projects. This concerns, for example, the assembly and adjustment of carriers, frames, drives and other combinations, with the aim of delivering a well functioning machine. For this, you manage the assembly staff and check if the delivered work meets the quality requirements.
You work on one to three projects simultaneously, dividing the work and keeping an eye on the planning. By giving instructions and checking (end) products, you ensure that the quality requirements are met. You also ensure that bottlenecks, such as missing parts, are resolved quickly. Furthermore, you ensure that the deadline is met according to the predetermined planning. You keep track of the status of the work in the system, which you also register the hours of the Assembly staff in.
You are part of the Workshop team, which consists of three other Supervisors, a Senior Technician Assembly, a Technician Assembly and a Machine Operator. You are accountable to the Production
Manager.
If you enjoy leading projects and solving problems and find it challenging that these problems cannot be predicted, then this is a job for you.
Working week
On an enjoyable working day, the work goes smoothly and we manage to get everything done on schedule.
On a less enjoyable working day, delays occur in the production of several projects because some drawings are not quite right and parts are missing.
