Acquisition based on this advertisement is not appreciated. We usually fill the vacancies ourselves and in exceptional cases we work with preferred suppliers.
As a Service Assembly Engineer at EuroSort, you are responsible for the independent assembly of service orders, such as carriers, solenoids, drives and displays. You receive these service assembly orders from the Service Planner and the Work Planner, who you work closely together with. You assemble the parts according to predefined specifications and monitor the parts’ quality and the final product. Next, you make sure transport for the orders is arranged. You also process everything correctly in the ERP system Ridder iQ. In addition, you do the preparatory work for the Service Engineers, such as reserving the right tools and requesting and ensuring necessary materials for the planned service visit are ready for shipment. If there are no service orders to assemble, you can be deployed on service jobs on site at the customer. Here, you carry out preventive maintenance and repairs under the Service Engineer’s supervision. You will also sometimes work internally on projects in the Assembly Department. You are part of the Service & Support department, where you mainly work together with the Service Planner and the Work Planner. The Service & Support Manager heads the department.
If you like to satisfy customers by delivering high quality parts, and find it challenging to work independently when doing so, then this is a job for you.
