Vacancy
Acquisition based on this advertisement is not appreciated. We usually fill the vacancies ourselves and in exceptional cases we work with preferred suppliers.
As a Project Coordinator within EuroSort you are responsible for initiating, executing, monitoring and delivering projects. You make sure that all technical information is processed and completed in AutoCAD, so that the formulated project objectives can be realised. You also perform a risk analysis and check whether the sold project corresponds with EuroSort's standards.
Furthermore, you are the technical contact for the various departments within and outside the organisation. A supplier or customer can call you with questions about the production of parts of the machine, but you also regularly receive questions from colleagues. These questions can be related to the whole process: from drawing to commissioning.
For each project, you are part of a project team in which all disciplines are represented: a Project Manager, Electrical Engineer, PLC Engineer, Software Engineer, someone from the Purchasing department and a Work Planner. In terms of project content, you report to the Project Manager, but together with the Mechanical Engineers you fall under the Head of Engineering.
If you like coming up with technical solutions on the one hand and managing people on the other, then this is a job for you.
Working week
On an enjoyable working day, a prepared project runs according to plan and you can help solve technical issues.
On an average working day, a customer indicates that they want to change something during the ongoing project. This can cause delays and is therefore never fun.
