As a Process Designer at EuroSort, you are responsible for designing and improving business processes. This involves mapping current practices in various departments (from HR to IT) and enhancing them. You need to be alert to new developments, leveraging insights to make processes more efficient and cost-effective. Collaboration with other departments is crucial to ensure cohesive process integration.
Additionally, your role involves analyzing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, suggesting improvements, and discussing these with process owners or managers. You will implement new or modified processes and train colleagues on these methods. Presenting documented processes and procedures within the organization is also part of your responsibilities.
You will be part of the Continuous Improvement team, under the Organization Support department, alongside a Program Manager, Project Managers, Application Managers, a BI Developer, a Quality Manager, and a QHSE Officer. You will be the sole Process Designer.
Proficiency in both Dutch and English is required, with a preference for an advanced level in one of the languages, as processes are primarily documented in English, but Dutch translations are sometimes needed.
If you enjoy bringing structure, consulting with various people, and see the challenge in identifying and clarifying improvements that everyone can agree on, then this is a job for you.
Working week
On an enjoyable day, you organize productive sessions with colleagues from various departments, creating clear visualizations of processes and receiving positive feedback on the clarity and effectiveness you bring.
On a less enjoyable workday, you struggle with stagnating progress in projects due to a lack of consensus or clear feedback from your colleagues.
