What is required?
- Bachelor’s degree level of thinking and working
- Possession of the LEAN green belt or willing to obtain it
- Leadership experience
- Experience with and knowledge of MS-Office and ERP systems
- Technical insight/knowledge, preferably in machinery construction and supply chain
- Communicative, independent, structured, and entrepreneurial
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written
- Sense of responsibility, connecting, and solution-oriented
- Possession of a drivers license

As the Head of Work Preparation at EuroSort, you are responsible for the daily management of your team. Additionally, you oversee your projects, from ordering components to releasing production orders. Within the project team, you serve as the point of contact for material provision for projects, actively contributing to the operational execution of tasks within the department.
In this role, you lead the Project Work Preparation department, aiming to continually optimize the department's setup and work processes. Your technical knowledge and practical experience enable you to independently manage projects within Supply, contact suppliers, and undertake both executive and coordinating tasks. You are also expected to propose solutions within your scope and demonstrate ownership.
You will join a team comprising a mix of both young and experienced professionals. You will work closely with five employees, ranging from beginners to experienced professionals. You report directly to the Manager of Supply.
